Once you let me know which service you’re interested in,  a 3-course dinner, family-style (food for sharing), or breakfast etc. — I’ll create a menu proposal for you.
If you’ve shared any preferences or ideas, I’ll take them into account when designing your menu.

Please let me know about any allergies or sensitivities in advance, so I can adapt the menu and offer suitable alternatives.
I have experience working with many different restrictions, even within in one group.

When does the chef arrive?

I usually arrive with my team 2–3 hours before the meal.

Do you bring everything you need?

I bring all the ingredients, basic kitchen equipment and some extra plates and silverware needed for the service.
If anything specific is required, I’ll coordinate it with you in advance.

After your inquiry, I’ll follow up via WhatsApp to understand your preferences and create a customized menu.
Once confirmed, your date is secured with a deposit.
